The Power in Submission to God’s Will in Christ Jesus

$14.99

This book is for born-again believer disciples in Christ Jesus who want to walk in the spiritual mind of Christ Jesus by the work of the Holy Spirit according to God’s Word (I Corinthians 2:16; Romans 8:1-17).  In the spiritual mind of life and peace you deny self-will; so God’s will is done in your life.  Jesus did not regard His heavenly existence or divine lifestyle as something to be selfishly maintained, but He emptied Himself in that He assumed a servant’s nature and appeared in the likeness of men. Why did Jesus willingly give up His divine existence with all its benefits and advantages? Jesus had this mind within Himself of regarding sinners as more important than Him.  He looked on the needs of others.  He denied Himself of His heavenly, royal existence to manifest God’s love for mankind in fulfilling God’s will for His life (John 3:16-17).  Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.  Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross (Philippians 2:4-8). This is the mind of Christ that born-again believer disciples in Christ have in denying self-will; so God’s will is manifested in their lives…

Through the submission of the body as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God for His will in His service, the spiritual mind can know the God’s truth of His will. I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:1-2). Born-again believer disciples deny self-will for God’s will to be done in their lives.  Through the knowledge of God’s Word of truth, they present their bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God; so their spiritual minds can be renewed in the Spirit and life of God’s Word by the work of the Holy Spirit. The submission of the body is the presentation of the body as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God.  The body as a living sacrifice manifests the power of our body being crucified with Christ Jesus, and it is no longer a servant to sin but a servant to righteousness and holiness in resurrection power of life in Christ Jesus.
